Frequently asked questions

Open the app, start a new report, attach photos or a voice note, and submit. The report is geotagged to your location and sent straight to your LGU operations center. No signal? Fill it in offline — it syncs automatically once you reconnect.
When you're dispatched to an incident, you'll get a push notification. Open it to see the location, acknowledge the task, and update your status (on the way, on scene, resolved) as you go — the operations center tracks it live.
Alerts and broadcasts appear in the app; tap to open and hit Acknowledge. This tells the operations center you've received it, so they know who is informed during an active response.
Yes. Reports and updates you make offline are queued and sync automatically once your device regains a connection, so poor signal never blocks field response.
Access is scoped to your role and assigned area (region, province, municipality, barangay). You see what's relevant to your responsibilities — this keeps the operations picture focused and data properly restricted.
Enable notifications for the app in your device settings and make sure you're signed in. Alerts are role- and area-based, so you only receive the ones meant for you.
Accounts are provisioned by your LGU or DRRM office — contact your LGU's DRRM administrator, or email us and we'll point you to the right person. For a forgotten password, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen or ask your administrator to reset it.
You can edit your own profile details in the app's settings. Your role and assigned area (region, province, municipality, barangay) are set by your LGU administrator — ask them to update these if your assignment changes.
Accounts must be activated by your LGU administrator and, for new sign-ups, verified before first login. If you're locked out or your account shows as inactive, contact your LGU's DRRM administrator or email us to check its status.
You can request account deletion at any time — in the app (Profile → Request Account Deletion) or on our account-deletion page, which explains the steps and exactly what data is removed or kept.
See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information.
No. It supplements — but does not replace — official emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, always contact the appropriate emergency hotline first.
