About · Shofar Frontline

Hazard information, turned into coordinated action.

Shofar Frontline connects an LGU operations center with barangay-level responders through a mobile app and web dashboard. Its AI-assisted functions help organize, prioritize, and route hazard information to authorized users, subject to human review and established response protocols.

What we do

One platform for the local DRRM coordination chain

Hazard information may come from multiple sources, while local response can become delayed, fragmented, or difficult to document. Shofar Frontline brings alerts, incident reports, assignments, field updates, and operational records into one coordinated platform. It complements existing warning and emergency-response systems rather than replacing them.

It complements the existing Shofar Early Warning System by adding digital alert distribution, reporting, task coordination, field acknowledgment, and operational documentation.

Who it's for

Built for every actor in the response

Barangay Captains

Receive relevant alerts, oversee barangay-level tasking, and maintain visibility over local incidents and response activities.

Barangay Health Workers

Receive health-related advisories, report vulnerable individuals and health incidents, and support coordinated community response.

Tanods and Community Security Personnel

Receive operational instructions for patrols, evacuation support, crowd management, and incident response.

DRRM Personnel and Responders

Coordinate field operations, receive guided assignments, submit updates, and document response actions.

LGU Operations Staff

Consolidate hazard information, coordinate barangays and responders, monitor incidents, and maintain operational records.

Local Chief Executives

Access situational summaries, prioritized alerts, incident dashboards, and response-progress information to support executive decision-making.

What makes it different

From scattered signals to frontline action

One unified operational feed

Hazard advisories, incident reports, field updates, and operational information are organized in a single categorized view.

Role-based alert routing

Alerts and assignments are directed according to authorized user roles, assigned areas, and operational responsibilities.

Documented response loop

Field acknowledgments, assignments, updates, and status changes provide the operations center with a traceable record of response activity.

Designed for intermittent connectivity

Selected field functions may retain information temporarily and synchronize when connectivity becomes available, depending on the deployed configuration.

Supports existing warning infrastructure

Shofar Frontline may complement compatible sirens, radios, sensors, and warning systems, subject to system configuration and integration.

Good to know

How to rely on it

Shofar Frontline is a coordination and information tool. It supplements, but does not replace, official emergency services, hotlines, government warnings, or established response protocols.

AI-assisted functions are intended to support authorized personnel and do not replace official judgment, emergency protocols, or lawful decision-making.

Hazard information may be obtained from government agencies, local reports, sensors, or other authorized sources. Availability, timing, and accuracy may vary.

Who runs it

Developed and technically operated by High Meridian Technologies

Shofar Frontline is developed and technically operated by High Meridian Technologies. When deployed for an LGU or participating DRRM organization, operational data and user access are administered according to the applicable service agreement, privacy obligations, and authorized instructions of that organization.
